I am in the media business (photo branch) since 1982

I own and maintain some websites, some are serious, some are only for testing new ideas, some are pure affiliate sites. The typical situation is that someone calls me and says "I need a nice little site to show my profile on the Internet" (i.e. advokathamburg.de - a nice place to get legal advice). Interested? I used to manage all the IT and marketing activities of the stock photography agency
Fotex. I am a photographer with Fotex since around 1985. At Fotex I developed the whole digital photo workflow from the very first beginning. I also started one of the first photo agency corporate blogs in Germany (which is closed now - what a shame).
Starting in 1999 I was IT project manager for the German media department at EDS and Systematics AG for three years.
In the 90's (until1996) I switched sometimes from photographer to stage production management for the promoter German Tours when they had big showcases. The biggest event was the Rolling Stones tour 'Vodoo Lounge' in Germany and Luxemburg as second production manager.
Since1982 I was working continuously as a freelance press photographer and for different stock photography agencies.
I live in Hamburg (Germany).
I speak and write German and English.
No cats and dogs ...
