  1. I have several blogs on different subjects and don’t have time to do all the research myself. So, I have hired people to write articles on specific subjects, not to do all the posts, just to keep my post count up a little higher. It also has the advantage of adding additional writing style to the blog.

I currently use three writers (including myself) for the blog in my “Submitted by” link

  2. “I still do the same amount of work in less hours”

Exactly! In fact, I’m able to do more now than before when I was putting in 14 hours a day, every single day of the week. (I think it went on like that for me for around seven months–the duration of which I’ve only had a total of around 7 days off. Seriously.) I guess it’s because when your mind’s rested, you really perform better.

  3. Mariella: That’s good. I did exactly that, as I used to get sick a lot – unusual for me, aside from fatigue. I’ve found so far that I still do the same amount of work in less hours.

  4. It’s around 60 to 70 per week from me. It used to be much more, but when I started getting ill, I realized I had to take weekends off or I’ll literally die.

  5. Reading, researching takes 60%,promoting takes 20% and writing, editing takes remaining 20% of time. In any case not more than 3 to 4 hours at a stretch. Still progress or reach of the blog is not up to the mark.
