Why? Because, for whatever reason, they are diminishing the value of votes that come from networks of people. What is "social" if it's not "networks of people" Basically what they are looking for is a bunch of random people who don't know each other to all stumble upon a story accidentally, think it's cool, and vote it up. But things don't happen that way... unless... Digg changes the way people see new stories. Personally, I think the Digg algorithm changes are anti-social. Why? Basically what they are looking for is a bunch of random people who don’t know each other to all stumble upon a story accidentally, think it’s cool, and vote it up. But things don’t happen that way… unless…
