PFF Hebrew translation

Greetings,

I've done PFF Hebrew translation, to let Hebrew bloggers to use this fine extension using their native language. Please consider including this translation in future releases of PFF.

The files are attached as extension - to make PFF speak Hebrew, install the attached extension after you have Performancing For Firefox installed.
