I like the way this theme
I like the way this theme http://www.vivereacomo.com/ has about 6-7 distinct regions, whereas your average blog design has 4. I especially like the way it flows from 2 columns into 3 columns.

Personally I would not rush
Personally I would not rush with the new themes, but wait for WP 2.2, which is expected to hit the blogosphere anytime now.
