Does your light bulb fail to spark some ideas every now and then? Well, mine certainly has as of late.

Ideas are few and far between nowadays, and as the blogosphere continues to grow, the value of a great idea increases. Right now, there is far too much rehashing of previously created content, and it seems like we are in a vicious loop of content recycling.

Fortunately, people still seem to find new content, but many of the blogs I subscribe to are getting dull. I'd prefer to have someone spend a few days writing original content instead of writing about the same old ideas with new words published on a daily basis.

There are new ideas out there still waiting to be explored, and fortunately, there are many ways to come up with new ideas, but will it be enough?

I am willing to bet that Chad Pugh, creator of "Science Machine," did not think that his 40 hours of work would get such an intense reaction of awe and appreciation after publishing it to Vimeo nearly a month ago. Who knows what he was thinking. One thing is now certain though—his hard effort and dedication has inspired many of those that have watched it. Yes, it has probably been on the front page of Digg, but it is still worth watching again. It might not be life changing for any of you, but it really has given me a boost in motivation as of late—perhaps it will do the same for you. Check it out after the break.

When I have a down day, I find that it is not because I am lazy or tired, but there is a lack of inspiration and motivation. I attempt to feed myself from others that have done great things before me -- those that have been willing to give up the normal life to achieve greatness. I won't lie, I hope to achieve greatness as well in the future; we all do. But, it is up to each one of us to find things that motivate and inspire our minds, and these following quotes are a few of my favorites (of many others) from some great people in the past.
