I am new to performancing for Firefox and love it...I can post to both my blogspot blog and livejournal with no problems. But I have had the hardest time trying to publish a myspace blog post from the performancing editor. I followed the add-on's setup instructions correctly, but I think I may have mistyped a letter in my password or username for login, because the editor would NOT post a blog to my myspace blog. (My computer keys aren't very sensitive anymore, and they tend to skip and/or stick every now and then) It suggested that I re log-in, which is what I did, but it never worked. And the login screen doesn't stay up long enough for me to uncheck the box for auto login, so I believe it keeps logging me in with the wrong information. I tried uninstalling the add-on, the reinstalling it, but it held on to the previous login information. I thought that maybe I needed to be logged out at myspace, so I went to that page only to find that the account had been locked for 15 minutes due to excessive login failure. I tried searching here for a related topic, but I only got about three pages back before the forum pages quit loading.
Is there ANY way I can get my myspace info off of the performancing editor so that I can start completely over? Keep in mind that I did already try uninstalling the Myspace addon, then reinstalling it. And I am just not quick enough to unclick the login box for the split second that the login option stays up. Thanks so much.

Have you tried creating a fresh firefox profile?

No, I never tried that. I did get rid of the problem by completely clearing out my cache, cookies, and saved passwords. After a few tries, I managed a successful test post, then later, could not get it to post to Myspace again, although performancing told me it did.
Thanks for trying to help; I am going to bookmark the performancing handbook and read through it.
