Can't create account "invalid response XML" error

When I try to create an account I enter my login and password, click "next" and then get the "invalid response XML" error. It then hangs saying "logging in...please wait" forever.

I'm using Wordpress 1.5 and my domain is http://bikeportland.org

Anyone know how to help? Looks like a great extension and I'd love to try it out.
