Cannot post to Spaces or Blogger

I've managed to set up these accounts however when I try to post to blogger I get a error saying - possible error connecting to the ATOM server - Error #3 [object object]

And with MSN spaces if I log in with my normal login settings I get login error. If I log in with the name in the url and my email publishing secret word the posts just don't appear. I use email publishing to post from my mobile so I have that email addy set up as the email to post from. Don't know if that is making a difference.

Great extention but at the moment it's only hitting 1 out of the 3 types of blog I use.

Thanks to Theo, the blogger

Thanks to Theo, the blogger issues seem to have been fixed.
If you'd like a build to test this solution with, please PM me and I'll send the link.

I also have the same problem. =(

Drazn, PM me and I'll send

Drazn, PM me and I'll send you the alpha build with the fix, so you can test it out.

Error #3

I also got this problem!

Inconsistent connectivity to Blogger

Yep. Sometimes works, sometimes not. Right now, not. FWIW, this is the EXACT MESSAGE, including proper Case.

"There was a possible error contacting the ATOM server: Error #3: [object Object]"

Funny that it says 'possible error' ... it's an actual error, or else I wouldn't be seeing the text, right? :)

FF 1.5.0.1, XP Pro fully patched and happy.

Persistent Error

I get this error whenever I open a Firefox browser and, though I use blogger, am not sure how it can be related to that everytime a browser is launched.

Gusan, Yes, that issue as

Gusan,
Yes, that issue as well has been fixed as well.
We'll be release a beta version of 1.2 on Monday, so be sure to checkback then and get the build.

Seems to be a FF/Performancing 1.1.1 issue for me as well

I d/l the Performancing 1.1.1 upgrade on Friday (3-31) and immediately started getting the error box every time a browser window opened. An 'OK' click made it go away and I could procede. This morning (sun 4-2) I decided to investigate. If I disable 1.1.1 from the FF extensions the error does not happen. Looks like I'll use other 'insta-blog' methods until this gets resolved.

Looking forward to the 1.2. beta tomorrow.

Performancing for Firefox

Logging into Blogger using third-party apps lately is problematic. My favorite blogging tool Drivel can't login. I have tried Deepest Sender but just the same. I found a way to login to my Blogger account using Performancing for Firefox (the best browser in the planet :) ). Just create a custom blog account on Performancing, choose Blooger API for system type and use http://www.blogger.com/api for Server API URL. Hope this help you all :)

Yes, seems the ATOM api on

Yes, seems the ATOM api on blogger.com is currently broken.
The work around is to use the old 'blogger' api, however the downfall is that it does not support the 'title' field (stupid api!). So all your posts will be title-less or called 'untitled'.

Hopefully blogger/google will have a fix soon.
