		<description>My biggest challenge isn&#039;t listed above - it&#039;s &#039;Balance&#039;.  I go a million miles an hour when I&#039;m in major inspired workmode...and then give myself 24 hours to crash and burn and collapse in a heap every 2-3 weeks or so.

Because I can&#039;t turn off &#039;major inspired workmode&#039;, I&#039;ve accepted that my optimal blogging is blog &#039;til I drop but then enjoy like heck the dropping hours.
