Wordpress + Hosting.

I am not technically gifted and I have no idea how to install wordpress. I found out about Blue Host (hosting provider) that has pre-installed wordpress. But they said that in case wordpress comes up with a newer version, I’d have to update it myself. Is there any hosting provider out there who does it automatically? If not, is there any visual demo/tutorial of installing/updating wordpress for less gifted people like me?
