which ad networks perform best for you?

Howdy - I wondered if anyone was interested in sharing their experience with different ad networks. I'll start with my own. I have a real estate analysis and commentary website with about 600 unique visitors and 3,000 page views per day. This has been my experience:

- adsense - get some money, but not a staggering amount. however, it's more than any other network. i have a lot of regular users, so I feel like they've seen all the adsense ads before. my cpc averages about $.20, which doesn't seem like a hell of a lot for a juicy topic like real estate.
- commission junction - love their interface and concept, especially how i can target my user demographic (homeowners, RE professionals, etc). Except, to my surprise, my CTR has been horrible, and my total revenue has been exactly squat. With CJ you only get paid for sales or leads so it's proved useless to me.
- mammamedia and valueclick - both have served up pay per view ads, and the CPM is so low that it's not worth it. which is to say, the aesthetic damage to my user's experience is not worth the piddling CPM that I get. (and mammamedia seemed to consist entirely of "punch the monkey" type annoyances).

Net net, google has given me my only good results. I'm not ready to give up on CJ yet... but I'm close! And the other two have not been worth my time.

Bear in mind that I only recently discovered this site so I may not have implemented the ads as well as I could. I thought I'd share my experiences thus far, though... how is everyone else doing with different networks?

thanks,
rich

Well...

I'm assuming youve used the Overture Bid Tool and found out what real estate topics (hint: real estate loans/financing) get you more per click. Then you can make sure to focus more on that. I'm not sure what platform you are using to blog on, or I might be able to help you out a bit more.

Own Experiences

Hi
As the year is alremost gone I can give some infos ...
Before starting blogging I was running and still do one huge huge military archives websites based on a 30 years collection in papaers movies and photos.
The site served about 3.000.000 pages in 2006 and :

Targeted Adsence - 400.000 + IMP = 60.98 USD
Zanox - 150.000 + IMP = 00.00 USD
Amazon FR + DE + US (only targeted books) 300.000 IMP = 00.00 USD
Linkshare 200.000 + IMP = 00.00 USD
Paypal Donation : 800.000 IMP = 00.00 USD

so in any cases ... adsence is at least the one that pay something ...

but I still believe that Website Advertizing (the whole website) is wrong as being into marketing for years the thing must be two sided targeted like

post ex = On the North Side on Mount Blanc you can find some very nice Hotels and Guest Rooms and these are really nice place to visits.

This is a targeted add inside a text and both fit together.

Before doing anything you should make a good planing and contact your partners because if you are able to make a text with (let's say) 25 insiders (add words) and you get 0.50 USd click you will make a lot of money.

Now ask me why I don't do that ...

In History there is not easy to find targets because it's the past and how do you want me to addvertize like : visit Adolf Hitler's Bunker in Berlin, since the thing is 3 meters under a concrete shape.

Remmember also this

getting 1000 visitors a day ... you'r nothing
getting 10.000 visitors a day ... you'r still nothing
getting 100.000 visitors a day ... they will start to look at
getting 1.000.000 visitors a day ... they will try to get you down
getting 10.000.000 visitors a day ... Bill Gate will contact you in person ...
