EatonWeb Question

So I paid for a subscription to EatonWeb last week but it's been seven days and I haven't heard one word from anyone. Is this normal? I thought the guarantee was 7 days. I tried contacting the company but so far I have received no response. I just hope my 34.99 didn't dissappear into thin air. Any help would be appreciated.
