What is a site ID?

What is a "Site ID"? I'm trying to install the pMetrics widget for Google, and it's asking for a site ID.

Is that something associated with my WordPress site? Or Performancing?

Have you added a site here:
http://pmetrics.performancing.com/user/sites?id=

Once you've done both those things, then you find the SiteId by going here:
http://pmetrics.performancing.com/user/

and clicking "Info" Under "Fun Links"
