I just checked my stats and it says I've had one visitor since 3 am (and that was me). My WordPress stats counter says I've had 100 today. What's wrong?

Also, how do I exclude my own IP address from being counted?

Thanks!

Sorry about this, the main

Sorry about this, the main server is having some serious hiccups, we're looking into it right now...

Will we get..

an official statement soon?

The site has been down most of Sunday, and on and off today.

It's affecting stats, and during an important time for my blog as I am communicating with potential advertisers.

Thanks

I'd like to know as well.

I'd like to know as well. I'm in the same position as Darren and all I see is database problems, "We'll be back soon" messages and (very) skewed statistics. I've paid for a Pro account because we're growing very seriously and rapidly (Top 10 pMetrics premium blogs, although that link is broken aswell). I really need my pMetrics stats to monitor in real time what's going on on (biggest) website(s).

Still Down Wednesday night

Was Up for awhile today but the statistic were totally off. Is completely down with the we'll be back soon message. Hard to believe that there has not been some more communication about this issue.

I am *totally* unimpressed

I am *totally* unimpressed at the total amount of downtime and lack of communication. What are we paying for?

We apologize for the

We apologize for the downtime and are happy to provide refunds to anyone who would like to discontinue their pMetrics service.
