Pmetrics and Ajax calls not working

Trying to get pmetrics to work with an Ajax call, specifically, with Facebox: http://famspam.com/facebox
I have pmetrics on the main page, and the facebox click shows some html with a few links. The link clicks don't get tracked. So, we put another pmetrics script into the bottom of the facebox html popup and that doesn't track them either. Not sure if pmetrics even allows having two of the script snippets on one page (via AJAX). Anyoen know? Do the pmetrics devs hang out here?
