Performancing systems downtime

I just came across Performancing yesterday and added it one of my sites to test the facilities.

I have to say I most impressed and was about to start seeing what I could do with the API when yesterday I got an outage. I thought it was me at first. But all I could get was a drupal error message telling me that your 'performa' database was over its limits.

5 minutes later all was working well, so I ignored my fears.

But this AM whist congratulating myself on finding performancing, and when I was about to pay for professional account, the same thing happened.

Now I am worried that your server is not stable, and thats no good for me.

I am extremely unlucky, or does this happen often?

We do have occasional

We do have occasional outages and are working to grow out of our growing pains with a more scalable solution.
