I no longer seem to exist

I have a pmetrics account, and suddenly I can't log in (I finally registered under a different name to get to this forum). It doesn't recognize my username or password, as far as I can tell, and the "request new password" form doesn't recogize my username or my email address.

In addition, I've sent many messages over the last week to support, and have not got a single response of any kind.

This makes me think something wierd is happening, but I have no idea what.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ken Watts

Ken, I'm sorry. The lead

Ken, I'm sorry. The lead support person is out of the country until end of month.

I don't have direct access to the main Performancing user database so I can't tell you what could be wrong. But I still see your account linked to from within the pMetrics database.

I just sent you a private message with a link to view your stats without having to login. Please try to contact support after Nov 1 to see if they have any clues about your account status.

Thanks, Sean. I've been

Thanks, Sean. I've been going nuts. I really appreciate it.

Where is the dashboard?

I've heard lots of good things about pMetrics, and would be interested in signing up for the full service which is reasonably priced. The only problem is I can't find the dashboard, and I've been asking for help for the past week. Is this typical that the only support person is gone and users are left without help? I don't see any clear instructions on something as basic as accessing data on the dashboard.

I see my user name in the sidebar at the right, and there's a menu of items underneath my user name, but nothing that says dashboard. I try clicking on my user name and the menu folds up.

The main support

The main support person...haha...who could that be;-)

<noscript><p><img alt="Performancing Metrics" src="http://pmetrics.performancing.com/957-db1.gif" /></p></noscript>

But replace 957 with your own Site ID.

If you have added a site, then you will see it listed under "Your Web Sites" - Just click on the link under "Today's Stats"
