Duplicate links - not always combining them

Hi, for the last week or maybe a bit longer, the links listed on the link page of my pmetrics are confusing me. Some of the links are combined but others show one link for every referrer. For example, it tells me I've received 14 visitors from www.site1.com but it then lists 10 separate entries for visitors coming from www.site2.com each with 1 visitor each - it is not tabulating them and displaying them on one line even though they are coming from the same place. Any ideas?
