pMetrics count towns in Serbia like Belgrade, Nis, Pancevo ... like they are in Russsian Federation. Russia is in Azia, and Serbia is in Europe. You need to fix thius, it's not small problem. You need to fix this fast.
Countries around Serbia, like Croatia, Bosna and Herzegovina, Macedonia don't have problems like Serbia.
Also you need forum where people can report bugs.
I love this tool and I hope ypou will fix this.

We use a proprietary database that gives us city, region, country and lat/long for any IP address. We're only using the values that we are given by this database, I'm sorry if they're not correct. Unfortunately we have no way of fixing the problem, as it's stored in a format that is not editable. I think you should inform them about this problem. You buy they product, you are pMetric owner. It is very unprofessional, to ask me (pMetrics user), to do your job. But never mind, i inform them and i wait from them to answer . . .
