What is "Referrer ID" in the WordPress Plugin Config?

I'm not seeing any stats regarding my blog traffic. I noticed that in the installation instructions for the widget plugin, Site ID and Site key are asked, as well as referrer ID. I cannot find a referrer ID anywhere in my performancing account information panel.

What goes in that slot in the config screen?

And, is this why I am not seeing any stats?
