Problems adding new categories

I can't seem to add new categories to my Photopress theme on my wordpress blog : tangopeak.com/glass/

Each time I create a new category on my blogroll options within Wordpress Admin - so I could add links to other sites, the links would show up under my resources categories but not in the new category that I created called "Glass Blogs".

What can I do about this?
