Tracking Status Indicator

Is this blog indicator light just a measure of visits in the last x hours? I'm debating including some kind of stats indicator in the PMetrics plugin and wondered if there was a method to getting the color of the image or if I could somehow pull that image directly? Thanks!

Yes it shows if there has been any data received in the last four hours. I don't think there is a way of replicating it with the API currently directly. I guess could store the visit count and compare it in an hour.
