Counter problems

Hi,

Our site has been using Metrics since our official launch about six months ago. In theory, we are happy with its breakdowns and what it attempts to do. However, our numbers with Metrics seem to be 1/20 of what our numbers are with our web host. After a few tests and watching our numbers over time on both it would seem that our host numbers are going up gradually and the Metric numbers are going down or are just staying around what they would usually would.

Perhaps, we are missing something. Any suggestions? Sadly, I am not the tech guy, but I will pass along any tech suggestions.

Thanks in advance for any help,
Devin
