Submitted by Ryan Caldwell on January 4, 2008 - 2:10am in

The world is full of great things to do and great places to see. And blogs are the perfect place to discuss the fine art of traveling. From the glorious views to the terrible night sleep, here are 6 great blogs that make traveling fun. The blog with the most number of votes by January 10, 2007 wins the 2007 Reader's Choice award for "The Best Travel Blog." A Judges' Choice award will also be awarded at the same time.

p.s. I like the voting console, slick work!

Individual vs. Networks

I'd love to have seen this broken up into two categories (not just coz I travelblog) - one for personal travel or narrative and one for general travel.

Wish I'd stumbled upon this sooner, I'd have nominated dozens of other blogs.

New and Improved Travel Blog

Hey Ryan,

I really dig your performance awards for Travel Blogs here. The nominees are all great travel blogs...and it's great to see people weighing in on how they feel.

Over at Kayak.com, we've got a growing blog of our own. With first-hand insight into the travel industry, we've been coming up with very interesting posts...you should check us out! Maybe even consider us for this year's Reader's Choice awards!

We just won the Webby Award for People's Choice in the Travel Category!

Thanks,
Tyler
