I am looking for a junior tech blogger for my primary tech blog, Chameleon Integration. Please have a look at the site to see some of the more recent writing, to get an idea of topics and style. Summaries are okay provided you link out.
Here are the details:
- US$220/mth.
- Topics: more emphasis on technologies and applications, not so much gadgets.
- Web 2.0 applications, and web technologies in general
- VoIP, telephony, cellular
- Wi-Fi
- IPTV/ Internet TV
- GPS
- RFID - light emphasis
- 2 posts/day, maximum of 40/month. If you're fast, you can probably average $16.50-$22/hr. In fact, you can write 3-4 in one day and then post-date them using WordPress.
- Post length: 150-200 words.
- Payment by PayPal ONLY - no exceptions. Paid early in the month following. So if you post in June, you get paid in the first 10 days of July.
- Position starts Mon, June 4th.

Hi,
I am interested in the writing position in the blog, "Chameleon Integration," that you have begun. I am a technological geek come of-age, and proud! As Leo Laporte, of Tec TV, says, "geek is the new black." But, I would like to believe that I was uncool before uncool was cool.
Anyway, I don't have a great deal of writing experience, and I just finished writing the longest biographical sketch that anyone has probably writing for an account here. On a favorable note, it is an example of my writing, and gives you a glimpse of who I am.
I am a twit listener and daily infoworld and slashdot reader, presently studying to N+, A+ and Linux+. I am immersed in Pocket PC Phone lala-land throughout each day. Unfortunately I am going to have to split and leave this as a cover letter of intent without grace.
