Looking for Web Design Bloggers

For the developing of my next project, I'm looking for web designers who wish to write articles/blog on various web design topics. Similiar to SitePoint blogs. Compensation will be provided with cash, publicity and extremely high quality links to your site.

Additional consideration will be given to bloggers who already have well-established blogs. This is a serious request and I'm looking for serious designers ready to get to the next level in publicity.
