iFeedFeedreaders.com is a site that takes your feed and/or URL and codes all the feed subscription buttons or social bookmark options for you. Just send us your details and we'll do the rest.
The objective is to let you re-claim room in your blog template for your stuff. Just add one button to your site and we'll do the rest.
Not only does it work for blogs, but the social bookmark option will work with any web page.

iFeedReader plugin suggestion
Why not make a little plugin in the form of a drop-down menu instead of using an icon that redirects to another page? For example: A subscribe icon that, when clicked, expands to reveal a rss icon, a gator icon etc...
Now THAT would be a GREAT tool.
This has been done before
solosub.com has been around for quite a while. But I agree with the above poster that a plugin or tag would be better. I don't like linking to outside pages for something like this either.

Social Bookmark Creator
I would like to have for the Social Bookmark Creator the links in form of buttons/icons instead of text. You should allow the users to choose that.
