So, I'm not sure what to say, but there's news so let's discuss.
I just hope that they keep the things that make this site great (e.g. metrics) and amplify some of the recently started projects (e.g. partners).
Thoughts?

Hey Greg,
it's just metrics, exchange and the Perf.com site that will be sold. Partners and PFF will move to their own domains and rebrand in 2007. Needless to say, I think it's a great move for PPP, a great move for us, and a great move for the community as a whole -- particularly Metrics users!

Yes, I just saw from SEJ that the story from techcrunch is a bit off and came back to post that only to find your response.
Exciting stuff for sure - best luck in it all.
Making Performancing.com better?
PayPerPost has created an opportunity at PayPerPost.com specifically for Performancing members to share feedback on Performancing.com, Perf Metrics and Perf Exchange -- particularly areas you'd like improved going forward. PPP is offering $10/post for that open feedback. Nick & Chris have built a great service here on a tight budget and PPP's acquisition continues that commitment to help bloggers succeed.
See Performancing Members opp for details.
