Perf blog post disappeared into the ether

Just a quick technical question about a Performancing blog post I wrote earlier this afternoon that disappeared.

When I hit submit I got an Access Denied message as well as a message stating that the post had been submitted for moderation. I haven't come across either of these messages before. Previously my blog posts have shown up in the "Recent blog posts" sidebar and on my blog. Not so in this case.

Strangely, I also get Performancing points for it, which would imply that the submit process registered on some level.

I scanned through the guidelines for the site and didn't see any mention about posts having to go through a moderation process. Have I missed something, or did I trigger a filter, or was it just a glitch? I saved the text so I can repost it if required.

Just curious.

Hey mate.

got caught in the moderation queue, but it's rescued and published now.

For future reference, drop me a PM if your post (or anyone else's post) is sent into the moderation queue the way Shane's was.

cheers,
Ahmed
