How can I fix these matters, dear Lounge Lizards?

2.) P blocks getting news podcasts my iTMS page. Of course there are intermediate steps involved. I want to use a blogging tool Spreadfire or something, some such denomination. To use it, I have to join alien blogging hosts (I can't use WordPress because they won't let me, and have swallowed my creative work without providing me a copy, I would sue them if I had the money), so Performancing is my only other choice from Spreadfire's list. But I don't want to belong to some group blog; I'm not interested in Performancing's tech blogs (at least not yet). How can I avoid getting tied into stuff I don't want, yet use Performancing to receive the news podcasts I want on iTMS, call up Spreadfire/Performancing from there, and then blog new info to my refWrite blog system, esp refWrite's Backpage4 [ http://refwritepage4.blogspot.com ] at the moment. This is only one of my 5 main pages, but page 4 will do for now. Or, with news podcasts, refWrite Frontpage [ http://refwrite.blogspot.com ].

1.) P has wrong blog URLs for me. Performancing doesn't even have an accurate list of my refWrite blogs and I don't know how to wise them up, and I don't known what URLs they're using. I tried to use Performancing in the past, but gave up on it, as it was far to complicated then; and the "Atom" brand of feeds I dislike very much. Does Performancing still condemn me to using Atom which I don't know how to use? I prefer RSS with Feedburner. It's easy to use, I use it with New Blogger. Can I get Performancing with that choice in conjunction with New Blogger? How? Many changes have taken place in developing my blogging system on Google, including a switch to New Blogger with new templates. All these changes have happened since the time long ago when I tried to use Performancing last round.

Can anyone help?
