A professional organization sent a letter to a public body alleging me I was "unethical". I didnt noticed that until my employer asked me for clarification.
Is my human rights being violated?
The allegations is totally wrong, do I have the rights to defend myself?
Can this case be presented to and admitted by equal opportunities commission?
any laws I can apply?
any precedent i can cite?

Need More Information...
First off, I need more information about this case before I can really help you in any meaningful way, all I can do with the information that I have is speak in broad terms.
What I would need from you is the country that you reside in, the exactly what they said, the location of this organization, what prompted them to send the letter (if anything) and exactly which claims were untrue.
Typically though, when you're dealing with this type of an issue, you're looking at defamation law, in particular, libel. Though laws vary wildly from country to country, in most areas I am familiar with, materially misrepresenting a fact about someone is a grounds for a libel suit.
If there is a repeated nature in this and they meet other qualification for it, there could also be a harassment element to it as well. However, that is far less likely.
However, at this moment, defamation and libel are looking to be your best areas to look at moving forward. Human rights, for example, usually involves a totally different set of rights and are, generally, unenforceable in a local court without some other law covering them.
However, depending on the nature of what was said, there could be a strong defamation/libel case here, so that is where I would start.
I hope that at least helps give you a start.
