Default Hive Affiliate - Promote something you value

Hive has been invaluable for the strong and authentic community that it fosters. From advice to moral support, the first place I look is Hive. Recently, I felt that JD's post about what we all expect to get out of Hive really touched on the things that make Hive great.

If you agree with me that Hive is a really valuable resource, then I encourage you to help promote it to others that might benefit.

    Here's what you should do:

First, set your PayPal email address here:
    http://performancing.com/forums/memb...on=payout_info

Second, get your Affiliate link here:
    http://performancing.com/forums/memb...p?action=links

Third, write a post on your blog with your affiliate link or use the image below in your sidebar:

The affiliate payment is 50% recurring for everyone that you refer. So, if you refer 20 people, that would be $100 per month or $1200 per year (assuming they all loved Hive as much as you and stuck around). If you refer 100 people, that would be $500 per month or $6000 per year.

That is awesome. Only one question? How do we know how many people we have referred?

It should show a report in http://performancing.com/forums/member/aff_member.php

If you do show you are due commissions make sure you enter your paypal addy as there are 2 people who have commissions due and haven't claimed them

As soon as I work out the best way of doing it for me and my site, I'm there. I've been pondering it.

While I think about it, I've got a 125x125 of the Perf Services sitting on my site since it launched. Is that driving any traffic at all? I don't think I've seen a single outbound click in my referrer stats.
