I have been thinking about arranging Bloggers Brunches - Maybe one in Leeds and one in London to begin. All it would take is a room, coffee, cake and a bunch of bloggers. Maybe everyone puts in a tenner for price of said room, coffee and cake. And probably wifi.

1-1.5 hours, 20min arranged talk and rest general chit chat. What do you think?

Sounds like a great idea.

The problem you'll have is that most bloggers (myself included) work full-time and blog in our spare time.

So, brunch probably wouldn't be a good time of the day.

I was thinking saturday but I suppose that is family time for most people. Problem with 12:00 is people would expect proper food rather than just a coffee and cake which would make it into a bigger deal?

What about a live blog?

I held one on my Travel blog, went okay, but we'd really need to concentrate on a specific topic of discussion to keep the discussion flowing. I don't mind demo'ing it to anyone interested.
