I've made it so that my archives show excerpted versions of the articles. You can click the title to see the full article, but I want to make it so that you can click the ellipses to do so. Anyone have code to make this change?

But instead of using Read More » move the ellipse in its place. This is for WP version 2.9 and up though, so if you have something older use the second function mentioned here:
