Update Version 2.7. to 3.0.1

I am using WP 2.7. and would like to update my cutline to WP version 3.0.1.
My question: is cutline working with 3.0.1.?

It should be able to work with the latest version of WordPress, it just doesn't have support for the latest features yet. But if you check out the WP Codex, it'll give you instructions on how to implement those (via the add_theme_support() function etc.)
