Lost RSS Button

I installed the Share and Follow widget, and am using it on my Sidebar. In the process, to declutter my header area, I removed the RSS button from the header. Now, even though I have checked the RSS box in the sidebar widget (along w/ LI, Digg, etc) the RSS icon's not showing up. I think this is because I've deleted the code from Header without pasting it into the Sidebar .php.

BUT, how do I get the code where it needs to be (readable to the Widget) without the link showing up again somewhere else on the page (outside the Widget)?
