Cannot upload theme to wordpress -- please help

I'm trying to upload cutline to my new wordpress account. I downloaded cutline onto my computer, zipped it up, and went into my wordpress admin. Went to the upload section, and I get this message:

Installing the theme.

Theme Installed successfully.

Am I missing something? Is there something else to upload to get it to work?

I don't think that's a Cutline problem but some problem with your web host. Please contact them or search the WordPress.org support forums if they have a suitable solution for that.

You could also try to upload the files via FTP. (Search the forums/Google for instructions on that. It's just drag and drop once you get your web hosting settings.)

I have uploaded the theme and activated it in WordPress. It has been working fine for a while but then it is loading slowly. I disabled all my plugins but it is still loading slow. I contacted my hosting company and was told to cash my pages so they are static HTML files. However that has not helped much and it makes it difficult for people to leave or see their comments. Any ideas or tips appreciated.
