No right sidebar in widget editor

When I go to the widget editing page from my Dashboard, I see Sidebar 1 but not Sidebar 2. I can't add any widgets to Sidebar 2 at all. Any idea why this might be?

I'm using Cutline 3-Column Right 1.4.

P.S. My URL is www.parenthetical.net, but I don't think that'll matter since the issue is with the admin, not the public view of the site.

Could you check your functions.php if this is the code in it:

if ( function_exists('register_sidebars') )
    register_sidebars(2); 

There might be typo there. If not, we'll have to check other possibilities.

Have you tried changing themes with other 2-sidebar ones and checking if it works? Try disabling some plugins too.

Perhaps you could paste the code of your right sidebar? My test sites seem fine on my end.
