How to change "Front Page" To "Home"

In my menu at the top of the page, how do I change the phrase/link "Front Page" to "Home"? When I think of "Front Page" I think of Microsoft's Front Page and then I get a queasy feeling in my stomach.

I am using WP 2.6.8 and Cutline 1.1

Are you sure about that, sofimi? I just tried to find "Front Page" in my header.php file and couldn't find it.
