Default Anyone See any Good Movies Lately?

I am hoping to see Terminator on Tuesday. Saw Star Trek last week (meh), and have been scoping out a bunch of other summer movies, as well as getting ready for the DVD releases of the spring time ones.

What movies have you seen lately that you've enjoyed?

Hope to catch them all on PPV but, I just watched Slumdog Millionaire for the first time this past weekend and it was a tossup with Quantum of Solace, which I also have not seen yet (we're at the cottage)

Last movie on PPV that I actually watched before it came to Movie Channel was Hancock.

I can't remember the last movie I saw in a theatre, as it was some drama that I did not enjoy. I do remember the one before that though - Shawn of the Dead, and that's why my wife doesn't go to movies with me anymore lol!

Oh yeah - Slumdog. Am I the only one that thought it was a complete waste of time? If it hadn't won awards I probably would have turned it off after 30 minutes. Instead, I watched the whole thing - painful.

I saw ST on Monday - wasn't nearly as good as I hoped it would be.

Terminator was really fun! I am glad I went to see it in the theatre.
