I think it was just launched, offshoot of www.truemors.com.

an aggregator with things like http://celebrities.alltop.com/ etc
New to me but might be old, dunno

Yeah, Guy Kawasaki is behind this one. Managed to get a couple of my blogs on it, but they're not generating much traffic at the moment.
Mentioned it on Twitter the other day and Loren Feldman went nuts. He's not a fan, thinks it's a complete rip-off of PopURLs. Having said that, it's not hard to cobble one of those aggregators together using Magpie RSS and a bit of CSS magic.
Its pretty new, but the folks at TechCrunch slammed it too. Nothing new or unique about it at all.
We should keep in mind that the site isn't aimed us, the RSS lovin' tech savvy internet user. It's aimed at the Mums and Dads of the world who want new sources of information but don't have as to where the current 'respectable' sources are.
I agree that it's not much technically but that's not really the point, is it? As I said in a comment on Read Write Web, Alltop will live or die based on whether it has picked the right feeds and if it is flexible enough to change them if it hasn't. Only time will tell, I guess.
Mine is on there and it sends about 20 visitors a day, not bad to say we are all mashed together like that. I wonder if those at the top get more traffic?
Old post, but when I was looking at the pMetrics SPY the other day for Performancing, I saw this link go past http://blogging.alltop.com/ it was a nifty aggregator of content dealing with everything blogging. I ended up adding 30-40 more RSS feeds to my feedreader for blogging content.
