    Great idea! I think not a lot of people think about keywords before choosing title or doing the SEO and they often pick a bad keywords or keywords that are so popular and they could not win the chance to stay in the top result of Google because of their low rank site.

    Yes, it can be but if you target 2 or 3 keywords per page then it would be better than other method.
