I need a change...

I decided my blog needs a change and I think I really need a redesign to go to the next level. Does anyone have some recommendations for some good WordPress Blog Designers? I'm also working on a tight budget, but hope to scrape enough funds together. The site is a combination Product Review/News Site.

I'm in the same boat as you, i am looking to upgrade the theme for my main blog, Groovy Vegetarian. I'm looking into different themes and WP designers.
