I'm looking for a good, consistently successful linkbaiter who writes compelling, useful content. Anybody have suggestions?

Hi Ryan! Not unless you're

Hi Ryan! Not unless you're willing to pay $5,000 an hour for Mr Fishkin's viral writing skills or maybe the guys at ProNet Advertising! Does Brian Clarke at Copyblogger do consulting? I think he does.

Maybe the thing to do is to keep an eye on the Digg front page and see what sites make it through, then approach the authors?

If you're sniffing around the topic, I'd be interested to hear what you find in terms of pricing and guarantees of results!

many ghostbaiters

Some of the diggified stories are ghostwritten, and it's not always easy to either get the name of the real writer or wrest them away.

Aaron Wall linkbaits and

Aaron Wall linkbaits and ghostwrites a lot, but has a heavy price tag too. I think Tony Hung is a great linkbaiter, but does he have time and is he willing to ghostwrite?

good luck...

If you had one of those, you would have the Internet at your feet...

I See Linkbaiters

All over in Performancing.

I'm in the midst of essentially creating home cooked linkbait on a wide variety of topics these days, through a cadre of 250 blogs staffed by 100+ bloggers and growing. This summer we are hoping to go head to head with a number of law firms around the country matching our link baits against their advertising dollars. This is all a tangent to your question, but I'm sure based on the posting here in Performancing, you have probably received several PM's by now from the linkbaiters here in Performancing. ;)
