I am currently creating a file sharing site that most likely will contain explicit sound recordings and such. I would like it to be open to all ages and was trying to limit who views what (I know technically that's impossible but want to make it look like I tried to cover my butt). If I put a main disclaimer on the "create account" page (the age would also be asked) would that be enough or would it be wise to put a disclaimer on every download?

Thanks

no

For some countries, it will not be enough. You need to put up a "form" that asks the person to enter their birthdate. The premise is that you made the attempt to filter in legitimate traffic, but are not liable if someone lies.
