Looking for help

Ok so I'm really new to this game. I'm looking for some help. What are the deciding factors of a site's value? I have 3 sites right now, www.zencollegelife.com, ibrahimhusain.com (personal), and unassociated-press.com (just purchased).

What determines value of zencollegelife.com (only been blogging for about 3 months). How do I increase the value of unassociated-press.com?

any tips would be helpful. I'm not yet looking to sell, but to find out what makes these things valuable.
