Is it beneficial to sell any blog that is hosted on wordpess, blogforyou or blogger etc., ? How much should one accept from such blogs (if they have 3 p.r, 250-300 visits per month and quality content)

Depends if the blog has related content to the site its most likely to be linked to to drive traffic to it.
