I run the blog www.devunite.com, it has some articles that you can not find anywhere else. Also just these articles [only a few gives the site more than 35,000 hits per month.] Since I'm not finding enough time to write and monetize the site I'm thinking to sell this domain name and blog.

I expect a minimum offer of US$2,000. You can find more info and a snapshot of the statistics at my site.
