Hi, I'm pondering of selling my blog site since I am starting a new one with wordpress theme and paid hosting that I will regularly update up to the time I retire.
If ever I would sell it, how much value will you give?

I have ZERO knowledge on HTMLs.
It has a current Alexa Rank of 1,623,497 and PR 1.
It was an original blogspot domain that I started last April 2008 and jumped into the customized domain last September 2008.
It has been generating 2,500 to 3,000 visitors monthly with page views of 6,500 to 7,000 monthly.
